  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 8 pieces Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Coleslaw optional, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in BBQ sauce until well coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Assemble sliders by placing BBQ cauliflower on buns and topping with coleslaw if desired.
