Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with BBQ sauce until well coated.
Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Assemble tacos by placing BBQ cauliflower on tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and avocado slices.
