  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into thick strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the tofu strips with the mixture.
  5. Place the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce on the tofu and bake for another 15 minutes.
