Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into thick strips.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the tofu strips with the mixture.
Place the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Brush BBQ sauce on the tofu and bake for another 15 minutes.
