Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package tempeh sliced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice tempeh and brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake tempeh for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove tempeh from oven and coat with BBQ sauce.
  5. Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble sliders with BBQ tempeh and coleslaw mix in buns.
