Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
  • 2 large Tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the vegan cheese over it.
  3. 3. Spread the black beans evenly over the cheese.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the beans and cover with the second tortilla.
  5. 5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
