Bean Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 medium Red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
