Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dried Beans soaked overnight
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the soaked beans, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
  5. 5. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
