  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Vegan beef strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add vegan beef strips, cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add broccoli florets, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture, cook until sauce thickens.
