Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add carrot, celery, and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
Add noodles, cook according to package instructions.
Add broccoli florets, cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Serve hot.
