Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
Add seitan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
