Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup seitan sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add seitan and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and cornstarch mixture. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
