Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add cubed seitan and cook until browned on all sides.
In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Pour the mixture into the skillet with the seitan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
