Ingredients

  • 1 cup Seitan cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed seitan and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the seitan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
