  • 2 cups Vegan fish fillets store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. Gradually add the beer, whisking until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Dip the vegan fish fillets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. 5. Fry the fillets in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the fillets from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
