  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the beet fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the beet fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
