Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked beetroot
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
