Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grated Beetroot
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, blend the walnuts until they are finely ground.
  2. 2. Add the grated beetroot, oats, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Blend until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are crispy on the outside.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on buns with your favorite toppings.
