Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 Bell Peppers (varied colors) sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, stir fry until fragrant.
  3. Add bell peppers and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and cornstarch mixture, cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
