Berry Citrus Salad Recipe
A refreshing and vibrant vegan salad combining mixed berries and citrus fruits with a hint of mint.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, orange segments, and grapefruit segments.
Add the chopped mint, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
Gently toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
