Ingredients 

Filling

  • 2 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Topping

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries, lemon juice, and sugar. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted coconut oil until crumbly. Sprinkle over the berry mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
