Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • ½ cup Maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 4 cups Cold water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the mixed berries until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the berry puree to remove seeds.
  3. 3. In a pitcher, combine the berry puree, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
  4. 4. Add cold water and stir well.
  5. 5. Serve over ice cubes.
