Berry Rhubarb Crumble Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix rhubarb, berries, and granulated sugar. Spread in a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
