  • 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Vegan yogurt any flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. In serving glasses, layer the mixed berries and yogurt mixture alternately.
  3. Top with a few berries for garnish.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
