  • 1 package Beyond Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal mixed with 6 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Beyond Beef, breadcrumbs, flaxseed meal mixed with water, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or pasta.
