Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Zucchini, julienned
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Sauté the carrots, zucchini, spinach, bean sprouts, and mushrooms separately in a pan with a little sesame oil until tender.
  3. 3. Arrange the cooked vegetables and rice in a bowl.
  4. 4. Top with soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame seeds.
  5. 5. Mix everything together before eating.
