  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
  • ¾ cup Non-dairy milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold vegan butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to cut it into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour in the non-dairy milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
