- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 Avocado diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt. Mix gently to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
