Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced red onion and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic, ground cumin, and chili powder. Cook for another minute.
4. Stir in black beans and corn. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
