Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, rolled oats, soy sauce, onion, garlic, cumin, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
