Black Bean Burritos Recipe
A simple and delicious vegan black bean burrito recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the black beans, ground cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the black bean mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with salsa, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up to enclose. Serve immediately.
