Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher until mostly smooth.
  2. 2. Add the cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
