  • 8 pieces taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 avocado avocado sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add black beans, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble tacos with black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado slices.
