Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 cup Coconut milk full-fat
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant. Let cool.
  2. Blend the toasted sesame seeds until they form a paste.
  3. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
