  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, quinoa, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
