  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine blackberries and sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, almond milk, melted vegan butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon blackberry mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
