- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup vegan butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine blackberries and sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, almond milk, melted vegan butter, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
Spoon blackberry mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
