  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix all the spices in a bowl.
  2. 2. Coat the tofu slices with olive oil.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mix onto the tofu slices.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Cook the tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened.
