Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Avocado Cream

  • 2 Avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mix onto the salmon fillets.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until blackened and cooked through.
  5. 5. In a blender, combine avocados, coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  6. 6. Serve the blackened salmon with a generous dollop of avocado cream on top.
