Instructions
1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mix onto the salmon fillets.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until blackened and cooked through.
5. In a blender, combine avocados, coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
6. Serve the blackened salmon with a generous dollop of avocado cream on top.
