Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g firm tofu drained
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a blender.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
