Main Ingredients
- 400 g firm tofu drained
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
1. Add the tofu, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
