Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 4 slices Vegan Bacon
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the vegan bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy.
  2. 2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. 3. Spread vegan mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  4. 4. Layer the lettuce, tomato, and cooked vegan bacon on two of the bread slices.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
  6. 6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
