  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 cup Vegan blue cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup Figs diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan blue cheese and diced figs.
  5. Top each toasted baguette slice with the blue cheese and fig mixture.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
