- 1 wheel Vegan Brie
- 1 cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Sliced Almonds
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the vegan brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top the brie with blueberries, sliced almonds, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the brie is soft and the toppings are golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
