Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or plant-based milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 1 pinch salt
In a pot, bring water or plant-based milk to a boil.
Add oats and reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in mashed banana, blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes until creamy.
Serve warm.
