Main Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup to taste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with fresh blueberries.
