Ingredients 

Cobbler Ingredients

  • 4 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ¼ cup Vegan butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining ½ cup of sugar.
  4. Stir in the almond milk and melted vegan butter until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
