A delicious vegan blueberry cobbler that's perfect for dessert.

Cobbler Ingredients
- 4 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ¼ cup Vegan butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining ½ cup of sugar.
Stir in the almond milk and melted vegan butter until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the blueberry mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
