Blueberry Goat Cheese Grilled Cheese

- 4 slices Bread Use your favorite vegan bread
- ½ cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Vegan Goat Cheese Crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Vegan Butter For spreading
1. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Top each slice with blueberries and crumbled vegan goat cheese.
4. Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
