Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 heads Bok Choy chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped bok choy and soy sauce, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot.
