Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bomba rice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Frozen peas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the Bomba rice, vegetable broth, paprika, and salt. Stir well.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
