Main Ingredients
- 2 cups grated potatoes
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1. Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, mashed potatoes, flour, plant-based milk, salt, and baking powder.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten them into pancakes.
5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
