Instructions
In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a rope. Tie each rope into a knot.
Place knots on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
