  • 4 cups Stale Bread, cubed
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Raisins

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the cubed bread and raisins to the bowl, and gently mix until the bread is well-coated with the mixture.
  4. 4. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
