  • 4 cups Bread (any kind) preferably stale

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Tear the bread into small pieces and spread them out on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the bread is dry and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. 5. Once cooled, place the bread pieces in a food processor and pulse until you get fine breadcrumbs.
  6. 6. Store in an airtight container.
