Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • 2 pieces Tortillas large
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the black beans and diced tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Place the bean mixture and diced avocado in the center of each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos. Serve warm.
